Our Values

Customer First

I am a self diagnosed "People Pleaser".

Did you know I bought this place on New Year's Eve?

Since then, I have been thinking about the customer experience. I said to myself, "How do I want to feel when I go to the laundromat? What would make doing laundry a little nicer and easier?"

This is what I've come up with so far:

  • Comfy chairs!
  • Bigger tables  - Work, eat, play cards, chat...
  • OUTLETS! Lot's of accessible outlets that will fit your devices.
  • Warm, calm & casual environment - The Northwoods way
  • Dryer Balls!  Did you know dryer balls will help reduce static cling, and help your clothes dry faster!
  • A questionable snack machine. - It's old. But a new one is in the works! Snacks are good!
  • ATM
  • U-HAUL RENTALS! - Rent a trailer, truck,
